PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent duplicate distribution of same content even when a distribution source has plurally set addresses for the same content accidentally so that unnecessary content will not squeeze a free space. SOLUTION: A transmitting and receiving section 51 receives a content list with an address of content on a network 10 described by a meta language for creating meaning of an element and attribute using tags, and a data management section 56, for receiving each content for each address recognized by analyzing the meta language of the content list through the network 10, if the plurality of addresses is recognized as identical by the analysis of the meta language of the content list, receives a single content without receiving the plurality of contents from the same address.
