PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract persons present on a plurality of spots by designating a plurality of spots as the installation places of imaging apparatuses. SOLUTION: A plurality of the imaging apparatuses 1 are installed so as to be fixed in different places. The imaging apparatus 1 generates featured data of persons included in picked-up image data. Then, a featured data unit including the featured data, camera ID and image picked-up date information is generated, and the data unit is transmitted to a data storage server 3. The data storage server 3 registers and stores the featured data unit transmitted from each imaging apparatus 1 in a database.
