A DC voltage detection value estimation means (5) samples a DC voltage de tection value at a predetermined cycle T and accumulates DC voltage detectio n values Vn to Vn-m which have been detected from the current time tn to the m-times previous (m >= 1) sample time tn-m. By using the DC voltage dete ction values Vn to Vn-m, the DC voltage detection value estimation means (5) handles the DC voltage estimation value Vn+1 at the next time tn+1 as a pre determined function connecting the voltage values Vn+1 to Vn-m, and performs calculation of a predetermined expression. Output voltage control means (6) inputs the DC voltage estimation value Vn+1, corrects an output voltage ins truction value, and outputs the corrected output voltage instruction value t o a power converter (1).
