PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract abnormality for each of the control processes to a machine controlled by a programmable controller. SOLUTION: The system includes a first step for defining the process execution time required to execute each of the control processes for controlling the machine by the programmable controller, a second step for setting fixed allowable time range to the defined process execution time, a third step for setting the abnormal condition of the process, and a fourth step for setting the abnormal contents, according to the abnormal conditions for each of the control processes.
