<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compound feed for raising flounder which prevents abnormal body color of the flounder and also achieves a favorable growth of the flounder, and to provide a method for raising flounder using the feed. <P>SOLUTION: The compound feed for raising flounder is prepared so that fat content, calorie content, the composition ratio of n3 fatty acid to n6 fatty acid in the fatty acid, and the composition ratio of EPA or DHA, are within a specific range.
