PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining board fixing structure in which a fastening nut can be positively fastened and a lining board can be rigidly fixed to a lining girder. SOLUTION: The lining board fixing structure is formed of: a fixing bolt 3 penetrated through and fixed to a lower board 2a of the lining board 2; a pinching fitting 5 mounted to a shaft 3a of the fixing bolt 3 protruded to the lower side of the lower board 2a; a fastening nut 8 screwed to a shaft 3b of the fixing bolt 3 protruded to the upper side of the lower board 2a; a spring 4 mounted to the shaft 3a of the fixing bolt 3 at a location between the lower board 2a and the pinching fitting 5; and a detent fitting 6 mounted to the lower board in the vicinity of the pinching fitting 5. The pinching fitting 5 is mounted so as to be rotatable together with the fixing bolt 3 and inhibited from rotation when it is locked to a lower portion of a flange of the lining girder 1 by the detent fitting 6, and when the locking is canceled.
