<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of shortening warm-up time in using monochrome and reducing waiting time of a user using the monochrome. <P>SOLUTION: A warm-up operation control part performs warm-up operation of a fixing side rotating body 31 and a pressure side rotating body 32 until a temperature of the fixing side rotating body 31 exceeds a specified value based on output of a heating thermistor 58 from start-up when forming monochrome images, and performs warm-up operation of the fixing side rotating body 31 and the pressure side rotating body 32 until a temperature of the pressure side rotating body 32 exceeds the specified value based on output of the heating thermistor 59 from start-up when forming color images. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
