PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal force applying device capable of automatically altering the angle-of-rotation position of a microchip, and a specimen liquid analyzer. SOLUTION: The centrifugal force applying device 2 which constitutes the specimen liquid analyzer 100 includes a first rotor 20, the first rotary shaft 21 being the rotary shaft of the first rotor 20, a first drive mechanism 22 for applying rotational driving force to the first rotary shaft 21, the second rotary shafts 24 provided to both ends of the first rotor 20, the second rotor 23 joined to the upper end parts of the second rotary shafts 24, the chip holding part 26 provided on the second rotor 23, a transmission mechanism 25 for applying rotational driving force to the second rotary shafts 24, and a second drive mechanism 27 for transmitting power for producing the rotational driving force in the transmission mechanism 25. The chip holding part 26 is constituted so that the periphery of the microchip 200 is surrounded by a frame part 26a and a part of the microchip 200 is pressed from above using a pressing member 26b.
