A safety stepping board device of a rolling stock is provided to improve operation quality and to secure safety of passengers by offering a safety stepping board bridging a gap between a platform and the rolling stock. A safety stepping board device of a rolling stock includes a case frame, a movable stepping board, a sliding unit(40), and a limit unit(50). The case frame is installed at the bottom of an entrance. The movable stepping board includes a safety foothold(21) and a support(23). The support supports the safer foothold. The movable stepping board is installed on the case frame. The limit unit restricts sliding of the movable stepping board.
