A buffer of a rear gate for a truck loading space is provided to prevent the remaining material in the loading space from being discharged by buffering the collision shock of the rear gate and both side gates or the rear of the bottom plate. A buffer of a rear gate for a truck loading space is composed of a bottom plate, both side gates formed at both sides of the bottom plate, a hinge combined to the upper part of the both side gates, a rear gate covering the rear of the bottom plate and the both side gates, and a weather strip(2) inserted into the rear of the bottom plate and the side gates. The weather strip includes an air room(1) filled with air. The air room has an air inlet(1a) and an air outlet(1b).
