<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor control device capable of enhancing the detection precision of the concentration of a specific gas even if the characteristics of a voltage control means for controlling a control target cell to constant voltage are changed by the temperature variation of a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The gas sensor control device 1 used for controlling a gas sensor including an NOx sensor element 10 including an oxygen concentration detection cell 12 and a second pumping cell 13, as control target cells, includes the circuit board connected to the gas sensor through a signal line. Then, first and second control circuit CC1 and CC2 as voltage control means for controlling the voltages Vs and Vp between the terminals of two cells 12 and 13 so as to respectively make them constant, a temperature sensor 26 for detecting the temperature of the circuit board and a voltage correction means for applying voltage Vsa2, which compensates the temperature variation of the difference (Vp-Vs) of the voltage between the terminals of two control target cells 12 and 13 on the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 26, to the first control circuit CC1 connected to the cell 12 are provided on the circuit board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
