PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a through current.

SOLUTION: A motor drive circuit includes: serially connected first and second transistors in which a voltage of a connection point is a drive voltage to be applied to one end of a motor coil; an operational amplifier for feedback-controlling the drive voltage and controlling the first and second transistors so that the drive circuit is to be used as a voltage based on the difference between the first and second control voltages for controlling the driving of the motor coil; and a current control circuit for controlling the second transistor to reduce the current of the second transistor in response to an increase in current of the first transistor and controlling the first transistor to reduce the current of the first transistor in accordance with an increase in current of the second transistor.
