The present invention relates to a sludge removal device using a meandering river-type channel and a sludge removal system using the same. The sludge removal device using a meandering river-type channel according to the present invention includes: a meandering river-type channel forming a spiral channel with a central hollow such that sludge-containing polluted water flows based on its own weight and having wide portions with a larger channel width and narrow portions with a smaller channel width repeatedly formed in spiral turns for sludge sedimentation; a scraper scraping the sludge deposited in the wide portion; and a driving unit providing power for the scraper. According to the present invention, the simplified device configuration using the spiral meandering river-type channel and the scraper and the driving unit provided inside facilitates repair and maintenance and installation in a narrow space. In addition, cost reduction can be achieved based on automation. Furthermore, the present invention can contribute to environmental improvement because the sludge contained in the polluted water is subjected to natural sedimentation through the meandering river-type channel in a non-chemical manner.
