Provided is a method for determining a mortar content of a recycled aggregate sample to evaluate the entire quality of a recycled aggregate. The method can rapidly and accurately determine cement based mortar of a recycled aggregate and easily remove most of the cement based mortar by an acid treatment testing type using a sulfuric acid solution and a tilting mixer.
