1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine-amine derivatives of formula (I), geometric isomers, enantiomers, diastereomers, racemates, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof are disclosed, wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. These compounds containing fused amino pyridine core are useful as inhibitors of HSP90 (HSP90s are ubiquitous chaperone proteins that are involved in proper protein folding and stabilization of a wide range of proteins, including key proteins involved in signal transduction, cell cycle control and transcriptional regulation) and thus are suitable for the treatment of HSP90 related diseases and disorders such as cancer, an autoimmune disease, or a neurodegenerative disease. |
