Continuous processes for fabricating a perovskite device are described that include using a doctor blade for continuously forming a perovskite layer and using a conductive tape lamination process to form an anode or a cathode layer on the perovskite device. Accordingly, the present disclosure generally provides systems and methods for fabricating photoactive device structures, and more particularly to photoactive devices including a photoactive perovskite film layer and systems and methods for fabricating the same. In certain embodiments, a conductive tape lamination process is used to form an anode or a cathode layer on the photoactive device.
