Disclosed in the present invention are a user information acquisition method, apparatus and server, relating to the technical field of the Internet. The method comprises: after detecting the operation of a terminal browsing a specific webpage through an Internet application, sending to the terminal an authorisation page used for acquiring user information, the specific webpage being a webpage associated with a specific public ID, and the authorisation page including an option for the terminal to jump to a callback page; after receiving an authorisation confirmation command sent by the terminal, acquiring first authorisation credentials from the address information of the callback page, the authorisation confirmation command being sent by the terminal after detecting a trigger operation corresponding to said option, and the first authorisation credentials being added to the address information by a first server; on the basis of the first authorisation credentials, acquiring user information from the first server, and providing the user information to the specific public ID. Acquiring authorisation data based on a callback page and acquiring user information based on the authorisation data ensures the security of user information acquisition. |
