PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard primary system charging method and charging system which allow for tight magnetic coupling with a secondary coil of various sizes, and mutual operation with a car having various ground intervals by a single primary charging system.SOLUTION: A wireless charging method includes: a step 605 of receiving the car information from a car capable of wireless charging via a wireless communication unit; a step 610 of calculating the air gap between the primary coil of a wireless charging system capable of operating to perform wireless charging of the car and the secondary coil of the car, based on the car information received by wireless; and steps 620, 630, 635 of generating a current so as to flow only through a part of the primary coil when generating the current. The size of a part of the primary coil, through which a current flows, is calculated depending on the air gap between the primary and secondary coils thus calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
