PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in a detection circuit of a physical quantity sensor, an output of an amplifier in a stage subsequent to a synchronous detection circuit may saturate to induce an erroneous output of the sensor.SOLUTION: Saturation of an output is prevented by setting a dynamic range of a second amplifier 208 disposed in a stage subsequent to a synchronous detection circuit 206 to be larger than a dynamic range of a first amplifier 204 disposed in a stage prior to the synchronous detection circuit 206.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
