PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement system, measurement method, and measurement program that are capable of accurately performing nondestructive measurement on the amount of liquid medicine loaded in a needle-like recess of a mold or the amount of loaded liquid medicine after dehydration, before peeling a Micro-Needle Array from the mold.SOLUTION: A measurement system 1 measures the volume of liquid medicine loaded in a needle-like recess of a mold. The measurement system 1 includes: a measurement unit 10 for measuring heights of a plurality of measurement points stored in a storage unit 20 and previously set on a plane parallel to the mold, the heights being in a direction orthogonal to the plane; a surface shape calculation unit 30 for calculating a three-dimensional shape of a surface of liquid medicine on the basis of the heights of the plurality of measurement points measured by the measurement unit 10; and a volume calculation unit 50 for calculating the volume of the medicine loaded in the needle-like recess on the basis of the three-dimensional shape of the surface of the liquid medicine calculated by the surface shape calculation unit 30 and a shape of the needle-like recess of the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
