The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, in particular to a network device, a terminal and a transmission method for downlink control information, which are used for solving the problem that when an uplink transmission and a downlink transmission of a terminal are scheduled via a piece of downlink control information, both downlink resource allocation information and uplink resource allocation information carry a terminal identifier of the terminal, causing the waste of air interface resources. In the network device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a processing module determines uplink and downlink resource allocation information, the information comprising: information about downlink resources allocated to a terminal, information about uplink resources allocated to the terminal and a terminal identifier of the terminal; and a sending module sends the determined uplink and downlink resource allocation information. Since information about uplink resources and information about downlink resources share the same terminal identifier, the overhead of the terminal identifier is saved and the waste of an air interface is avoided. |
