PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid type dye-sensitized solar battery having a simple structure which needs no counter electrode, and having an adequate power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A dye-sensitized solar battery cell 1 comprises: a transparent substrate 2; a transparent conductive film 3 formed on one face of the transparent substrate; a porous semiconductor layer 5 formed on the surface of the transparent conductive film 3, and increased by a pigment in sensitivity; and a p-type semiconductor layer 6 formed on the surface of the porous semiconductor layer 5, and including a p-type semiconductor containing a Cu compound.
