PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely transmit content through a remote access (RA) via an external network such as a Wide Area Network (WAN) while exceeding a limit of Round Trip Time (RTT) or Time To Live (TTL).SOLUTION: In Remote Access Authentication and Key Exchange (RA-AKE), limitations on RTT and TTL are removed to realize sharing of a key for remote access between an RA-Source and an RA-Sink. Advance registration of the RA-Sink, restrictions on the number of use and restrictions on the number of the keys to be supplied are imposed to restrict the remote access from an unspecified number of users.
