PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic apparatus in which a flow rate of individual flow passages can be uniformized.SOLUTION: The electrolytic apparatus (an electric cell 1) of one embodiment includes: electrodes 12, 13; electrode chambers 14, 15 in each of which the electrode can be housed and the water to be electrolyzed can be fluidized; and a fluidization mechanism 16 for fluidizing the water to be electrolyzed along the electrode in the electrode chamber. The fluidization mechanism has: a first guide passage 20 for guiding the water to be electrolyzed toward the inside of the electrode chamber; a second guide passage 21 for guiding the water to be electrolyzed in the electrode chamber toward the outside of the electrode chamber; and a plurality of flow passages 22 which are arrayed between the first guide passage and the second guide passage and are connected continuously to the first and second guide passages. Each of the first and second guide passages is formed so that each has the depth larger than that of each of the plurality of flow passages and each has a recess recessed more than that of the plurality of flow passages.
