PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple type safety confirmation system that can perform safety confirmation avoiding useless power consumption.

SOLUTION: The simple type safety confirmation system includes a cordless master unit (1) and a cordless slave unit (2) which use a specified low power radio. The cordless slave unit (2) has a device (main control unit 21) requesting operation of pressing down a button (button unit 24) for a user, and the cordless master unit (1) has a device (main control unit 11) which performs an abnormal report to a center when the user does not perform pressing down of the button (button unit 24) in a specified time for the request.
