摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steadily form micropores of a uniform size on a belt shaped material at a uniform interval by oscillations of a plurality of laser oscillation heads installed along the travelling route of the belt shaped material, driving of which is synchronized each other at a given cycle in accordance with the travelling speed of the belt shaped material. SOLUTION: The laser piercing device comprises a laser piercing head 14, which forms micropores H by irradiating a belt shaped tip paper P, which is travelling at a given speed, with three pulse laser beams at a given interval in a travelling direction. A controller 26 delay-controls the driving timing of a laser piercing head 14 according to the inspected result by the inspecting unit 16 (the array pitch L of micropores H), and then forms micropores H on the tip paper P at a given array pitch, and changes simultaneously the pulse width of the pulse beam according to the inspected result by the inspection unit 16 (the size of micropores H). It also changes the driving pulse width by inspecting the travelling speed of the tip paper P. The driving pulse is changed via delaying circuit.
