摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate and recover high purity carbon monoxide in a high yield by using plural absorbers packed with an adsorbent for selectively adsorbing the carbon monoxide to treat a raw gas with processes of adsorption, pressure equalization, pressure decrease, replacement, replaced gas adsorption, desorption and pressure rise. SOLUTION: In an adsorption II process, raw gas is treated with an adsorber 1 after an adsorption I process is finished and the adsorption II process treated gas is treated with an adsorber 2. In a pressure equalizing process, the adsorber 1 after the adsorption II process is finished and an adsorber 4 after the desorption II process is finished are communicated with each other to equalize the pressure. In a pressure decrease process, the pressures in the communicating absorbers after the pressure equalizing process are finished are decreased. In a replacement process, a part of the product gas is introduced to the pressure decrease adsorber 1 side. In an adsorption process, the adsorber 1 discharged and replaced gas is adsorbed by a communicating adsorber 3 and the pressure in the adsorber 1 is decreased to around atmospheric pressure by adsorption I process. In a desorption II process, the pressure is further decreased in the adsorber 1. Moreover, in a pressure rise process, the pressure of the adsorber 3 after the replaced gas adsorption process is finished is raised with the adsorption II process outlet gas. By treatment in the above processes, high purity carbon monoxide can be easily separated and recovered in a high yield.</p>
