PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a safe heat-cooking in a microwave oven without unsealing before heating by providing a cut which reaches a relatively weak interlayer of a multi-layered raw material but does not passes through from one side or both sides on a food container consisting of the multi-layered raw material of at least two layers. SOLUTION: A food container is formed by making a specified interlayer strength of a multi-layered raw material consisting of a card board made into a multi-layer of at least two layers or a card board laminated with a thermoplastic resin 10-90% lower than that of other interlayer strength and furthermore making partly a cut with a depth reaching to this layer. Adjustment of the interlayer strength is performed by controlling the amt. of an adhesive, such as a starch sprayed when the card boards are made into a multilayered paper or controlling miscibility of the resins each other or temp. When a frozen food is placed in a container and is heated by a microwave oven, the steam generated penetrates through the cut on the inner side laminated face and peels a relatively weak interlayer and is discharged outside.
|
