PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to give a tension to a jumper wire without utilizing the tension in a power transmission line, by giving a freely rotatable connecting state in a wire laying direction to the upper end portion of a suspension member of the power transmission line but given a non-rotatable state in the orthogonal direction, and then by giving a constant tension to the suspension member by its weight. SOLUTION: A power transmission line L is stretched to an arm A of a steel tower through a strain clamp C, yoke fittings 1b, strain insulator set 2 and the like. A suspension member 10 of a jumper wire J is constituted to a freely adjustable length by adjusting a jointing point between an upper member 10a and a lower member 10b. A clevis type coupling fittings 11 is provided at the upper portion of the suspension member 10, and connected to an I type coupling fittings 1b' provided at a lower portion of the yoke fittings 1b with the suspension member 10 in a freely rotatable manner in the stretching direction of the line L, but not rotatable in a direction orthogonal to the stretching direction. I type coupling fittings 12 is provided at a lower portion of the suspension member 10, and the jumper wire J is stretched by an anchor clamp 13. Also, a rotating force by the deadweight of the suspension member 10 is able to give a constant tension to the jumper wire J.
|
