PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a heat-resistant cloth for fire extinction where luminance deterioration caused by primer cracks, and deterioration of heat reflecting performance at high temperature are prevented, and flameproofness is improved. SOLUTION: In heat-resistant cloth for fire extinction, the back and front surfaces 19a and 19b of a fluororesin film 19 are plasma-treated for forming the treated surfaces, and vacuum metallized films 20 and 21 of radiance metal such as aluminum are formed with primer-less on the treated surface. The vacuum metallized films 21 on the back and the surface of base cloth 16 are adhered through a silicone rubber adhesive 18 for constructing a heat reflecting layer 17. The primer-less forming prevents luminance deterioration caused by primer cracks, and the heat resistance properties of the film 19 prevents deterioration of the heat reflecting performance. Further, a combustible synthetic resin layer is eliminated from the surface of the heat reflecting layer 17 for improving flameproof performance.
|
