PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston valve with an easy maintenance/inspection capable of enhancing durability of a seal material and simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: The piston valve comprises at least a body 1; a stem 2; and a yoke stand 3 and in the piston valve, a flow passage is opened/closed or switched by axially moving the stem 2. A whirl-stop mechanism 4 is provided between the stem 2 and the yoke stand 3.
