PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-molding instrument for a building material, which is good in workability, excellent in construction efficiency, and functions to distribute and set a leveling material for construction on a surface of a concrete structure. SOLUTION: The press-molding instrument consists of a plurality of trays, a pedestal, and a pressing board. Each of the trays is a rectangular parallelepiped in shape, has its upper surface and one longitudinally end-side surface opened, and houses therein the building material. The pedestal has the trays arranged therein in parallel with each other in a detachable manner. The pressing board is attached to one end of the pedestal and presses the building materials housed in the trays by means of projections which correspond in number to the number of the trays, toward the trays, to thereby reduce void portions present in the building materials and mold the building materials.
