The engine has pneumatic sacks (2) compressed by air or gas pressure created by moving two circles (3, 4) towards each other, for provoking a rising state of the engine. The sacks are decompressed for facilitating immersing of the engine, by moving the circles away from each other. A hydropneumatic reaction between the hydraulic pressure and the pressure of the sacks generated by moving the circles is created.
