PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproducing apparatus and mobile terminal device configured to be suited for a small-sized portable terminal, such as a portable telephone set and to also easily making a speaker stereophonic. SOLUTION: There are provided an operating section wherein a plurality of operating keys are disposed on its operating surface and a speaker unit disposed at the back of specific operating keys 31a, 31b while turning its sound discharging surface towards rear sides of said operating keys. A spring contact is disposed between key tops of operating keys and the speaker unit. Otherwise, the speaker unit is disposed between key tops and the spring contact.
