PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reading accuracy by preventing a conveying speed for supplying a sheet and the sheet on a processing platen from being varied, by stably conveying the sheet from a paper feeding tray to the processing platen without nonuniformity. SOLUTION: There are provided a first operating mode for supplying a following sheet, by stopping and then driving a paper feed driving motor M1 connected to a resist roller 33; a second operating mode for supplying a following sheet, by stopping and then driving the paper feeding driving motor M1 after processing a sheet on a processing platen; and a setting means for the first and second operating modes, while processing a sheet conveyed by a feed-out roller 30, a paper feeding roller 31 and a feed roller 40 on the processing platen, when continuously feeding the sheet on a paper feeding tray 20 by the feed-out roller 30, the paper feed roller 31 and a resist roller 33 and sequentially conveying the sheet to the processing platen by the feed roller 40.
