PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-volatile logical circuit using a ferroelectric capacitor which can be realized with a simple circuit while suppressing deterioration in the ferroelectric capacitor. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with ferroelectric capacitors 103, 104, data lines A, C connected to one electrode of the ferroelectric capacitors 103, 104 respectively, delay elements 105, 106 connected between the data lines A, C and the other electrode of the ferroelectric capacitors 103, 104, respectively, and data clutch circuits 101, 102 connected to the data line A.
