PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device realizing the securement of the strength of a metallic mold for forming the inner wall side of a rotor and performing operation without dividing the metallic mold. SOLUTION: The lens driving device 1 has a conversion mechanism 7 converting the rotation of a cam cylinder 40 into driving force in a direction along an optical axis L and straight moving movable lens bodies 20 and 30. The mechanism 7 is constituted of the cam cylinder 40 equipped with cam grooves 41 and 42 engaged with projection parts 221 and 321 formed on the lens bodies 20 and 30 on its inner wall, and a rotation preventing member 12 allowing the straight movement of the lens bodies 20 and 30 and also preventing the rotation thereof round the optical axis.
