PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone terminal which does not cause conflicts in processing of an application program and which operates the application program normally, even if an event which starts another task occurs under execution of an application program. SOLUTION: A controller 2 includes a busy management table 14. An application administration unit 30 records a flag on the busy management table 14 if the application program to be started is an application program for continuous processing when the application program 40 is started. A task control unit 11 refers to the busy management table 14 when received event information is read from an interruption management table 12, and if the flag is stored, starts an OS task 21 instead of a task correspond to the received event information.
