PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position control device using a conductive actuator, which is suitable for lens driving in a microcamera unit or the like, easy to assemble with high accuracy, and extended in life. SOLUTION: A shape storage alloy is fixed over a stationary part and a movable part while managing the tension, in a state where the stationary part and the movable part are temporarily fixed.
