PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image-receiving paper having water resistance, which is superior in toner fixability and transferability and allows a beautiful image to be obtained and is free from blisters at heat fixing. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image-receiving paper having water resistance is obtained by sticking plastic films to both faces of a base paper having≤5% moisture, and at least one of the plastic films has a toner receptivity layer which mainly consists of a resin having a glass transition temperature of 0 to 80°C and has a surface resistance of 1×10<SP>7</SP>to 1×10<SP>11</SP>Ω/sq.
