PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell with a nano structure is provided to improve photoelectric transformation efficiency by including a nano structure in a photoactive layer and increasing light absorption, the separation efficiency of electronics and a hole, and moving efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A substrate, in which a first electrode is formed, is prepared(S10). A mixed thin film layer, in which an electron donor and immiscible sacrificial polymer is mixed, is formed on a first electrode(S12). The nanostructure of the electron donor is formed by eliminating a sacrificial polymer within the mixed thin film layer by thermal process(S14). An electron acceptor layer is formed on the nanostructure of the electron donor(S16). A second electrode is formed on the electron acceptor layer(S18). |
