PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized toner excellent in release property and cleanability, and an image forming apparatus for a one-component developer using the toner, and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The pulverized toner is used for the image forming apparatus for the one-component developer having a cleaning device in which an elastic body blade for cleaning the surface of an image carrier is arranged. The toner has matrix particles containing at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent, wherein the weight ratio of the release agent to the binder resin is≥3.0 to≤6.0%, and the adhesion force between the toners at≥25 to≥55°C is≥20 to≤80 g.
