PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of suppressing an intermittent interference wave without using SLB. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with memories 13, 23 for storing successively a received signal subjected to A/D conversion on a time base. When the ratio occupied in a unit time T set by a range setter 8 of a time occupied by the interference wave detected by an interference wave detector 5 exceeds a value set beforehand, a controller 7 controls SLC 6 so that a weight value of interference wave suppression is calculated by a received digital signal corresponding to the detected interference wave in the unit time T. Consequently, even in the case of a pulsing intermittent interference wave, when the wave arrives and is received highly frequently, the SLC 6 works so that a null point is formed based on the calculated weight value, and thereby intermittent interference wave suppression wherein reception blank is avoided is performed, and blocking of a target signal detection or instability of reception caused by the intermittent interference wave is avoided.
