PURPOSE: Liquefaction-recovery apparatus and method are provided to discharge gas remaining in a recovery tank to the outside before recovering the gas using one vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A liquefaction-recovery apparatus comprises the following: a recovery tank(110) temporarily storing gas supplied from a gas storage unit; a compressor(150) flowing the gas from the gas storage unit into the recovery tank by force; and a flow passage unit(160) offering a flow path for flowing the gas to the recovery tank after passing through the compressor. A liquefaction-recovery method includes the following steps: offering a purge filter(190) for filtering and removing the moisture from external air, closely to a connecting device(166) of the flow passage unit; and inflowing the external air into the gas storage unit through the purge filter before separating the gas storage unit from the liquefaction-recovery apparatus. |
