PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a top board with a sink, which is simple and superior in production efficiency, by using a one-component photo-curable resin. SOLUTION: This top board with the sink is manufactured by joining the stainless steel sink and the artificial-marble top board together through the use of a one-component photo-curable resin composition which contains a compound with an ethylenic unsaturated group (preferably, a compound with two or more ethylenic unsaturated groups), and anα-diketone-based photopolymerization initiator such as camphorquinone, benzil and 3-ketocoumarin, producing a radical by irradiation with light.
