PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optional electric circuit on a pattern formed face by using an ink jet system. SOLUTION: To the pattern formed face 100 of a board 1, a fluid 10 containing a conductive material or an insulating material as a pattern forming material is discharged from an ink jet recording head 2. The fluid 10 discharged to the pattern formed face 100 is solidified to form an electric circuit 102. To form a selective pattern while changing one material into another, an electric circuit is manufactured which includes a capacitor, a coil, a resistance and a desired circuit element such as an active element.
