PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the situation that designed shielding characteristics are not exhibited due to the presence of an adhesive. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave shielding material in which a plate material 20 having electric insulation and an electromagnetic wave shielding film 10 for shielding the electromagnetic waves of a specified frequency band by a plurality of antenna elements arranged so as to be lined on a plane are alternately stacked and the outermost layers on both sides in the stacking direction are respectively made of the plate material 20, the plate material 20 is made to hold the electromagnetic wave shielding film 10, the plurality of plate materials 20 and 20 are connected with each other by a connecting means 40 and the electromagnetic wave shielding film 10 is held between the plate materials 20 and 20.
