PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor high in mobility, large in current on/off-ratio and superior in storage stability. SOLUTION: The organic transistor has an organic semiconductor layer, and contains at least one kind of compounds represented by a general formula (1), wherein X<SB>1</SB>to X<SB>10</SB>stand for a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a normal, branching or cyclic alkyl group, a normal, branching or cyclic alkoxy group, or a substituted or non-substituted aryl group, respectively and independently; a ring A stands for a substituted or non-substituted benzene ring, a substituted or non-substituted thiophene ring, or a substituted or non-substituted benzo [b] thiophene ring.
