A complimentary electricity is provided to generate electricity by allowing a vehicle to compress a half-moon shape rod protruded from a road, and thus transmitting force transmitted to the half-moon shape rod into an electricity generating facility through a power transmission device. A complimentary electricity comprises a hole of a ping-pong ball size on two point on a road; a half-moon shaped rod(1) pressurized by a vehicle travelling on the road, protruded through a hole; one iron rod connected to the half-moon shaped rod through a simple power transmission device; and an electricity generating facility box installed at the height of 2m from a road.
