A crash pad module jig apparatus is provided to secure the broadside collision rigidity of an inner panel by mounting a jig bracket inside a cowl cross bar. A crash pad module jig apparatus comprises: a fixing pin(120) inserted into a penetration hole(322) formed on a cowl cross bar(300); and a jig unit(140) with a plurality of jig holes(142). The fixing pin and the jig unit are molded in one body. The penetration hole is located in a bracket(320) where fitting holes(324) are formed around the penetration hole. A fitting protrusion(160) corresponding to the fitting hole is located near the fixing pin. The fitting protrusion is inserted into the fitting hole and then fixed to the bracket.
